Pace of change is exciting. With lean staffing in some areas, I've gotten experience in several areas outside my core expertise. Our CEO is inspiring, savvy, has made many strong leadership picks. Flexible scheduling.

Cons

Company sometimes takes on new challenges without enough planning and resources to support them. Some leaders remain haphazard and undisciplined.

Company pays well. They stick by their philanthropist ideals by donating time and money to different organizations.

Cons

Makes changes without thinking them through - how it will effect others in the company. They talk about safety and how important it is to them but if you get hurt, they make up some excuse not to pay or report it to Workmans Comp. They dont want any injuries going on record. They talk about being "green" and dont even have a recycling program established.
