Zero benefits for a part-time working (no health insurance, no sick/vacation hours, no nothing). Flexible schedule means absolutely nothing. Extremely high expectations to get orders out to customers within 7 minutes while consolidating bags on the fly. Dealing with plastic bag shortage. Coworkers leaving work area a mess with carts not neatly pushed back into place, carts blocking walkways, and being in the way chatting up a storm when they should be working on orders. Order Pickers (Shoppers) doing half of the job and not bagging most items despite having the bags to use making the pullers (curbies) (aka me) have to waste time and bag what should've been bagged. Laughably low pay. Work hours can go as low as 4 to 5 hours (aka only one shift).

low pay compared to industry standard, inflexible work schedule, horrific work life balance, absent HR department, inexperienced leadership that is out of touch with their workforce and resistant to feedback. complete inventory mismanagement causing company leadership to continually take compensation & resources away from hardworking partners, in order to offset tens of millions of $s of unsellable product.
