I have been @ H.O. Penn for 20+ years and have no reason to look anyplace else.

One of the factors that has a significant, positive impact on me as an employees is H.O. Penn's commitment to doing the right thing for customers, employees, and all other stakeholders. The entire organization from the top down is committed to taking an all win approach to conducting business. Another factor that has lead to high employee satisfaction is the tremendous amount of opportunity that exists for employee growth across multiple support or operating areas. In my 12 years of employment, I started in an individual contributor role in a support area, moved into project management in an operating area, and since then have been given the opportunity to manage a support area. It is this kind of opportunity that leads to the terrific employee tenure H.O. Penn enjoys.
