Great Company. Ownership and executive management work very hard at being successful in many ways particularly by developing and rewarding employees. Many long term employees 15, 20, 30 and 40 years! Development and career advancement is the norm.

Pros

The company values are ideal and they have a great mission-driven culture. Execs and managers are enthusiastic and passionate about the company and this energy trickles down to the rest of the employees. H.O. Penn wants their employees to be happy and committed for the long haul. My coworkers are warm, friendly, and inclusive, and they all love what they do.

I didn't start working here sooner.

This company has a "family" feel to it. Management and the people you work with, truly care about each other. They offer advancement, training, and provide you with the tools you need to be successful.
