This is a family firm company that is proactively adapting to the post "Great Recession" world's changing market realities and one needs to be willing to continually learn, to be flexible and to quickly adapt to change, which is not easy for everyone.

I have held various positions within the company over the last 19 years. I have learned a lot and have gained many long lasting friendships here. H.O. Penn is a great company to work for. It is a family owned, values based company and they are always looking for ways to improve. Your efforts never go unnoticed.
