Pros

Good benefits, paid holidays (including your birthday), can earn a lot of vacation, employee discount is good, pay typically higher than most retailers

Cons

There are constantly mixed messages from district teams and they seem to want to hire “yes men” as their store managers resulting in a lot of extra work and unnecessary stress. While we have great values it’s doesn’t seem to be something the company truly values anymore
