      Pros

      Great coworkers and team approach while learning and working on returns. Vast learning and research tools available at the corporate level. Loyal customer base.

      Cons

      Work alone a large majority of time - requires covering phones, office walk-ins, appointment check-ins and tax prep at the same time. Customer service and employee care not a priority of district manager District manager prevented career change to specialize with small businesses (Block Advisors). Only choice is to break employment for an entire year and restart with Block Advisors the following year.
