Love doing taxes, managing people, working with intelligent people

Cons

Not year-round employment, pay per hour drastically decreases in summer plus limited hours = chapter 13 bankrupt loyal employee

Pros

Co workers are excellent! It is a team environment, everyone is happy and willing to assist one another in every aspect of the office. Annual training keeps all positions current in knowledge.

Cons

The company as a whole seems only to care about their high end clients, not the individuals. Prices continously rise, clients are not considered in the increase. Employees are instructed to tell clients its because of upkeeping training that the services are worth the constant price hikes. No benefits for employees as they are seasonal not full time through the year. Wages are definitely on the low end and overtime is expected all the time.
