      Pros

      Tax season so far has been pretty leisurely, work from home options, online assist is $20/hr

      Cons

      Low pay, no clear advancement options, keep getting stuck with tax returns far more advanced than I have knowledge on, pushed to come into office when hired as remote

      Pros

      complete tax return for customers was interesting work meeting people with limited means was an eye opener.

      Cons

      Company model is horrible. No team work, no management support, no employee collaboration or assistance for new employee's. You are literally 100% on your own in everything you do. also the pay is minimum wage ish

      It is great working there as long as you don't mind having your schedule changed daily and then being treated like a slave it great!!!

      Cons

      called daily and daily schedule changes never a moment of peace always treated like a slave.
