      * Ambitious leadership team who are truly trying to impact millions of peoples lives * Strong family feel even through a rapid growth phase (Thanks Dan & the people team!) * I have an amazing feeling that I am doing good for the world every day when I "come to work" * Fully remote global company

      H1 has some super sharp and highly dedicated people that make it up. While other companies may rely on the talent of a small pool of people to carry the rest, this is the type of organization that expects success from everyone and empowers its team to meet their goals. If you like the chance to build something truly great, its a good place to work.

      There are often long hours and a very high expectation for success, which can feel overwhelming if you are not prepared. This is not right for everyone, but certain people, THRIVE!

      Met good people and worked with some bright folks during my time

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the products haven’t hit PMF yet, but the sales team does a great job so it compensates. However, good sales can only carry the company so far if the clients don’t love the products.
