      - Remote ( if you prefer, you can go to office in NY) - Independence (no micromanaging) - Trust from upper management - Ability to implement new processes which help company grow - This point for international people should be first, yes, H1 sponsors for H1-B visa

      Communication Issues, What Was Advertised Was Not What Could Be Delivered, Some Colleagues Didn't Know What They Didn't Know, Didn't Listen To Those That Have Gone Through Previous Start-Ups And Take Advantage of Those Experiences, Unrealistic Expectations Given The Time Frame to Perform
