      Pros

      - "Start up" -feel environment - Great Company vision - Employees contribute to a meaningful cause - Management emphasizes D&I, mental health, healthy company culture - Cool perks (monthly stipends for qualifying personal expenses & charities) - Growth opportunities - Most roles support virtual work

      Cons

      - Fast-paced, quickly evolving company that requires adaptability to changing responsibilities / priorities / conditions. In my opinion, this can be a PRO in many ways, but not for everyone. - No 401K matching

      Coworkers, work flexibility, unlimited PTO, employee benefits, salary, comission scheme, sales enablement team, remote work, startup environment, tech stack, training, mission, CEO...

      Cons

      (the following applies to the SDR dpt mainly) Strong favoritism Anti-meritocracy Some manager´s decisions clearly hurt company interests Authoritarian leadership High turnover rate No transparency, vertical leadership Goals change from week to week No one has ever achieved the minimum monthly targets, at least in the last 2.5 years
