Having come to H1 from a very corporate feeling company, I've loved the energy and collaboration that I've experienced in my first year. I've enjoyed the excitement of building digital marketing from nothing and seeing how far we've come since day one. I love my team, my manager and my role. I have freedom to structure my days and I'm able to chat with anyone in the company, from the CEO down. It's truly a unique place to work. It's amazing the talent you can bring together when you're willing to hire remotely and find the right people.

H1 is a wonderful place to work! The company has a positive and supportive culture that encourages collaboration and teamwork, and everyone is genuinely passionate about the company's mission to improve healthcare. There's a great sense of teamwork, with employees always willing to jump in and help on projects or offer support when needed. 
One thing that sets H1 apart from other companies I've worked for is its transparent and genuine leadership team. Our CEO is always open to employee feedback and suggestions, and he's quick to address any concerns or questions we might have. This has helped create trust and respect between management and staff, essential for a positive work environment. At H1, employees are valued and invested in through a wide range of growth and development opportunities. From regular training and mentorship programs to challenging new projects and responsibilities, I have built my skills and grown in my role.
