      Pros

      Senior leadership takes their employee’s concerns really seriously. They consider how to address them and often work to explain why things are the way they are. Sometimes it is a hard place to work. It is a start up and it is a quickly changing environment. But the attitude of leadership really helps.

      Cons

      The team doesn’t always make the right decisions. Sometimes that means that we hire the wrong leaders or don’t keep someone who added a lot of value to the firm. This does happen everywhere, but I feel, particularly with personnel we could do a better job. I think we’re getting better though.

      Pros

      - Fast growth environment where people collaborate well - Mission to make healthcare data more accessible is great and there is good alignment on the mission across teams - Good growth opportunities for managers and individual contributors - Culture is pretty good, and attitudes across the company are positive

      Cons

      - Remote work can make things difficult, but this is not specific to H1 - Some teams have a high turnover rate, making progress a little stop-start

      Pros

      - Opportunities for growth and learning - Great place for people who like to dig-in and like hands-on collaboration - Flexible work schedule (good for working care-givers) and great benefits - I really enjoy the people I work with.

      Cons

      Global company with flexible schedules means people are working at different times. This is great overall for people and the company as long as you set expectations for good work-life balance. It is very doable and coworkers are respectful but is a change if you are use to working environment where everyone is working a set 9-5
