      Pros

      - it was my first job out of college and they hired me although I might not have been the most qualified but I try hard and am passionate. I am here years later and am so glad they took the chance! - passionate workers - great benefits - wonderful stock options - very knowledgeable workers who have great experience and are always looking to help others grow - wonderful programs to help workers mentally and other BRG groups you can join - work from anywhere

      Cons

      - do not look to promote within the company often, always looking to hire from the outside. - they are growing so quickly and cannot hire fast enough so the extra work quickly builds up and makes hours very long - turnover is relatively frequent, although it is most often workers that leave to launch their own start up or continue in their journey to make healthcare better- so I do not mentally attribute it to unhappy workers

      Comfortable atmosphere. Great people. Interesting projects.

      Pros

      - Remote ( if you prefer, you can go to office in NY) - Independence (no micromanaging) - Trust from upper management - Ability to implement new processes which help company grow - This point for international people should be first, yes, H1 sponsors for H1-B visa

      Cons? No cons! H1 people team does a lot to make employees happy.

      - Work from home. - Competitive salary

      Cons

      - Very bad behaviour of senior people. - Too much internal politics. - Managers are too rude. They treat other employees as their slave. - Chiefs are so dumb are arrogant that they never respect any good opinions of others. - Company future is in dark.
