      Pros

      H1 is truly one of the best places I’ve worked. The company culture is inclusive, collaborative, and transparent. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about employee growth and well-being. There’s a strong sense of purpose in our mission to connect the world to the right healthcare professional, and it shows in the work we do every day. I’ve had the opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge me and help me grow. Managers are supportive and always encourage innovation, ownership, and continuous learning. Cross-functional collaboration is excellent, and I’ve always felt heard and valued here. The work-life balance is great, and the flexibility allows for productivity without burnout. Colleagues across the globe are professional, kind, and inspiring to work with. Thanks

      Like any fast-paced growing company, there can be changes in priorities, but leadership communicates these well and supports teams through transitions.

      My admiration for H1 began during the interview process and has only grown stronger. The company truly lives its values - from starting with the user to making sure people matter. There’s a strong sense of community, where feedback is welcomed and celebrated as part of creating "beautiful polished rocks." We move quickly but with intention, always guided by the “why” behind our work. Transparency across teams builds trust, and there are real opportunities to learn, grow, and be creative. Most of all, you feel part of one team working toward a meaningful mission: building a healthier future for everyone.
