      Pros

      Great place to work! High energy, high impact environment with lots of really cool people working on some really innovative products. Mission is real - we are creating a healthier future for everyone! Very structured environment for such a young company. Leadership is honest, transparent, genuine and sincere. Everyone feels aligned to the corporate mission.

      Cons

      Nothing negative really stands out. Effort by all is exceptional. If you don't have passion for your work, then this is not the right place for you:)

      Pros

      Remote and flexible hours, nice people. Not feeling any micromanagement so far. Bi-annually performance review and comp. review. Plenty of chance to grow as long as you’re proactive enough

      Cons

      Inefficiency; a visa project kicked off in Jan. could have zero progress when you follow up in May. A lot of communication silos; buggy processes and codes that constantly create instability in data quality
