We are committed to ensuring supervisors and managers are capable leaders, skilled to create a supportive environment for our colleagues. Our middle management teams will be receiving additional training to ensure they are more skilled.
We know how important it is that our employees feel fairly compensated, and we continuously reevaluate our compensation to align with market standards. While overtime pay remains in place, the RDO incentive was intended to address a temporary business need.
