Interesting work Good people Stability in work Knowledgeable workforce Good community outreach programs and charities every year. Compensation is decent but needs to be reviewed.

Cons

Hard to move up No diversity in executive management People are overlooked when opportunities do come open They don't show appreciation for their long term employees Compensation is too low for industry standards and work expected.

- Working as a Co-Op/Intern, they provided me with legitimate work to do. - The work environment was more on the laid-back side. - I was able to develop valuable skills that will be beneficial to me wherever I end up working after graduation.

Cons

- The general communication between different areas of the company led to some issues. - A few procedures/standards were not clear, and led to issues from time to time when developing documents.
