      Pros

      Decent hours and benefits. Management is seriously inadequate, but tend stay a float and are relatively easy to deal with. Good for entry level mechanics.

      Cons

      Facilities are ran down and all the equipment is old and falling apart. The company refuses to upgrade their equipment. Also, salaries are horribly low.

      Will hire if you have no prior experience in this field. Stable hours and fair pay. Mostly nice co workers

      Cons

      Hard to move up. Drama filled. Supervisors will even talk behind your back (from personal experience.) Refuses to work around your schedule or be understanding of personal issues. Doesn't matter how good/bad your work ethic is, it's all based on who you know and if you're in "their click." If you're in their then you basically can do whatever and not get in trouble. Unless you're new of course, every little thing will be a red flag
