Pros

Good company with a lot of growth in the past three years. If your not management than you are paid weekly. 120 hours of vacation/ paid time off per year. Lots of overtime potential

Cons

No automatic pay increases. Typical aviation job where 24/7 work environment makes scheduling time off a challenge.

I have enjoyed working for HAECO Americas because they value family and know how important it is to have a work/life balance. They have also provided me with many opportunities for advancing my career within the company.

Cons

I have not had many challenges working here.

All work is inside , a lot of hardworking and Seasoned Mechanics. Upper Management. (GM and DOM) are good at what they do..

Cons

High turnover rate...a lot of young untrained work force. Not a lot of Money there so one leads to the other...
