The people are what makes this company. We have a lot of employees that were here from the beginning and continue to enjoy and love this company.

Cons

Not a large company so there aren't a huge amount of internal growth at the moment.

This job was clearly laid out, with procedures and expectations communicated and reinforced constantly. Pay was every Friday, which is surprisingly convenient and helpful. Vacation and sick time accrued at a reasonable rate, holidays were nice, personal protective equipment was provided.

Cons

I worked in the environmental office, so there was no upward mobility. No encouragement to seek out certifications or licenses, no promotions, no raises...no reason to rise above your current level of effort, to put it bluntly.
