Pros
- Most of the lower-level staff are AMAZING; value-driven, dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional - Flexible hybrid scheduling
Cons
The following cons are my opinions only: - Leadership could be perceived as defensive regarding feedback, even when it is for the benefit of the communities the organization claims to serve - Leadership and management could be perceived as showing favoritism for Korean employees while being racist toward Latine employees, both in terms of interactions and company infrastructure - Management in certain departments could be perceived as consistently unorganized, which then could lead to adverse results for clients, lower-level employees - Leadership could be perceived as maintaining antiquated/misogynistic cultural norms, creating an uncomfortable work environment for non-male, non-hetero, non-cis people - It could be perceived that staff are consistently overworked - The organizational structure could be perceived as having a lack of accountability, especially when it comes to the leadership
