Everyone here cares deeply about maintaining our momentum. Some of the hardest working, most well-intentioned people I've worked with.

Cons

The company's success comes with high expectations and high urgency, which can make setting boundaries difficult. The company is addressing this by formalizing people and HR processes.

- Working at the bleeding edge of application-layer AI. This company is setting the benchmark for excellence in the space - Day to day collaboration with the brightest research talent in AI - Pioneer gtm strategy for customers who have never engaged with AI solutions before - Dynamic environment, every day is a new challenge

Cons

- Individual accountability and expectations are very high, but strong performance is rewarded quickly - Culture is intense, long working hours daily but entirely self-driven. Not a place if you're looking for a typical 9-to-5 - Internal politics can be tricky to navigate. You can move up quickly but this requires being proactive, maintaining visibility, and building a positive internal reputation
