It is a demanding culture - need to be onboard for an intense work life balance Competition is fierce and need to always be on our toes

Pros

Great autonomy over work and the ability to really get stuck in early on. Lots of commercial opportunity and an interesting and pleasant group of people in London generally! It's a fun, interesting place to work where output and action is valued!

Cons

Coming from a legal environment, there is a shift to make in terms of work styles / processes but it's all manageable!
