Pros

Amazing and knowledgeable people work at Hayman Woodward. We all do the best we can to help each other and make sure the goals and tasks presented to us are met. There is a great sense of accomplishment to see people having their life changed through our hard work.

Cons

The most disorganized place I’ve ever seen in my life. To say it is messy is an understatement. The volume of work is inhuman and keeps growing, you will have no life, you’ll live for deadlines and “task forces”. Everyday is a new rule and structure, there is no thinking before applying new ways to do things and this creates chaos. The number of cases we get from previous workers, who left or quit, make it impossible to keep track of things. Most of us do the best we can, but when you have to answer the phone, reply to emails, make endless lists to try to keep track of your new cases, watch deadlines, review documents, be in meetings and in charge of 100 cases and deal with a crazy and not properly updated case management system, it can be really challenging.

Dear Employee, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience at Hayman Woodward. We value the opinions of all our employees, and I appreciate your mention of our open-door policy. As the CEO, I have an open-door policy to encourage open communication and transparency within our organization. If this wasn't clear to you before, it is now. I regret that you haven't taken advantage of this open-door policy to discuss your concerns with me directly. I strongly encourage you to schedule a meeting with me or reach out directly so that we can address your concerns and work towards a resolution. It is through direct communication that we can better understand the challenges our employees face and find ways to improve their experience at HAYMAN-WOODWARD. You mentioned feeling unappreciated due to the lack of raises and the use of clap emojis on chat groups. I understand that financial rewards and recognition play an important role in motivating employees. At HW, we have a structured compensation system that takes into account experience, performance, and overall contributions to the organization. We regularly review salaries to ensure they remain competitive in the industry. If you feel that your compensation does not accurately reflect your value, I encourage you to discuss this with me or HR so that we can review your situation and address any concerns. I also want to address your comments about the workload and the organization's structure. While it is true that the field of immigration can be challenging, we strive to maintain a balance between providing excellent client services and ensuring manageable workloads for our case managers. We continuously evaluate our processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and address any issues that may arise. If you have specific suggestions on how we can enhance efficiency or alleviate the workload burden, I am eager to hear your input. Lastly, I want to emphasize the importance of fostering a positive and constructive work environment. We value open dialogue and encourage employees to express their concerns and suggestions for improvement. Constructive feedback is crucial in helping us identify areas that need attention and working collaboratively to find solutions. I apologize if you feel that the work environment has been messy. As the CEO, it is my responsibility to ensure a supportive and engaging workplace for all employees. If you believe there are specific issues that need to be addressed, I strongly encourage you to schedule a meeting with me or reach out directly. I am committed to resolving any concerns and creating a positive working environment for everyone at HW. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. I appreciate your dedication and contributions to our team, and I look forward to discussing your concerns further. Best regards, Leonardo Freitas CEO HAYMAN-WOODWARD
