Pros

Very clean beautiful facility. High tech with modern amenities. Pharmacist assigned to unit. Very dynamic director. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Cafeteria is very good.

Cons

Nursing ratios seem softer than other facilities. Pay is soft but on the front end offers substantial bonuses and moving expenses.

Pros

Overtime is always available and there are bonus plans you can sign up for. PRN staff can work full time hours and get paid alot more. But you do not get any benefits besides a 401k.

Cons

This place is all about making money. They could care less about thier staff. The turn over rate is extremely high. Charge nurses often have full teams. Icu nurses are often tripled. You will be written up to prevent a transfer from occuring. Acuity means nothing. If there is an open bed then you will take a patient regardless if you have the proper staffing or not. Frequently short staffed. They like to employ mostly new nurses they can pay very little starting around 19 an hour and who will not question thier orders. The administrators support each other and they DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACK. Stay away!!
