Pros

I have been employed for over thirty five years. I have had the pleasure of working at three of the hospitals in the system and i wouldn't trade it for anything. What I have experienced all these years is that the staff within this system all seem to have one goal in mind and that is "The patient ALWAYS comes first!

I wish that our employees parking lots were a little bigger and that there were more of them:

None. It was a horrible place to work.

Cons

Extremely disorganized, crooked leadership, unsafe staffing for floor nurses. It was a very poorly run facility.
