Physician Services is a terrible place to work. It's very disorganized and usually under staffed. Also, they have cut all of the staff increases to the point that it isn't worth working towards a promotion, because they'll give you a small salary increase, but bump your hours by 10 hours per week.

Being a large company trying to standardize too much over the past few years in my opinion. I liked the culture better when there was more autonomy.
