      Pros

      People in the lab are very nice

      Cons

      Pay is the lowest around. If you work to cover an odd shift to get a meager bonus, you'll have to beg and remind them to pay you the bonus for months. They buy the cheapest equipment that always breaks down and squeeze every bit of work out of people for terrible pay. Felt taken advantage of there!

      Benefits are fairly standard. Pay is ok. Useful as a stepping stone and they do love to promote from within the organization.

      Cons

      Questionable morals, both on the business side and just basic human decency side. Very little accountability.
