      Pros

      The atmosphere is good. The fellow employees are nice to talk to and the Physicians as well as the PAs & NPs are easy to talk to.

      Cons

      There is no opportunity or inspiration for growth. As the only RT in a facility, it can get lonely if one does not actively seek social interaction. The manager of the radiology department mainly communicates by e-mail, which is probably better in the long run. The employee surveys have not resulted in the positive changes that they promise.

      Large organization. Career growth opportunity. Stable and growing.

      Cons

      Organization attempts to do too many progressive initiatives at one time. Constant. No work life balance. Onboarding and training were very poor.
