1. Takes good care of employees in all respects 2. Almost no hierarchy in terms of idea-sharing 3. Very easy access to senior management 4. You can work on your ideas; management actually nurtures this. They have an unstated 80:20 rule 5. Better than other companies in giving time-offs and approving holidays

Cons

1. Some people at senior management are too old to understand the business-paradigm in the wired-economy 2. Sometimes length of service is given more importance than real contribution
