Employee first concept, undoubtedly employee oriented organisation. Management is very much open for ideas and implemeting on the same if relevant and result oriented.

Cons

The quality of hire we look for is not proportional to the compensation grid we have. We should revise our compensation grid as per market trend so that we donot miss out on potential candidates.
