There are so many CONS at that company i don't have enough time to explain it all. But I will say this, at all of our orientations before we joined we were told repeatedly "we are an employee first company..." NEVER in all my 2 and a half years did i feel more disrespect and lack of support from this company. The entire HR is in India, so they aren't on a normal US schedule. I mean you have an office on shore here in NC, TX and CA. Why is there not a place there i can go to with an HR issue? Anyway i'm rambling...the purpose of my title of "Don't Believe the 3.5 Stars" is because i read some of those positive reviews and based on the broken English they probably were not anyone from the united states. No care for the employees who bust their butts every day, ABYSMAL reviews and yearly compensation increases...(if you get one). This company is basing it's work practices from over seas where according to some indian friends of mine the motto is "get it done". No matter the cost if your dying or have a severed limb just get it done. Your job is important the clients are important... DON'T WORK HERE! NOT EVEN FOR EXPERIENCE IF YOU ARE BEING OUTSOURCED TO THEM LIKE I WAS, TAKE YOUR CHANCES IN THE WORKPLACE. TRUST ME
