Great company for stability and relxation not for growth

HCL will give you everything to help you set in your comfort zone. If you have family constraints, want a proper work life balance, and are ok to work in an already set process with already set in expectation, HCL is the place you should go..
Cons
You may not get a proper chance to grow in your current role unless you try really hard or otherwise you have to put in lots and lots of extra effort from your side to make your career becomes rewarding both workwise and salary-wise. Also, don't be fooled because of the title that they offer. Everybody is a manager in HCL. Associate manager, Deputy Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, etc. while its not necessary that if you are any manager you have anybody to manage. Also, you may find the attitude of many senior officials as 'laid-back'. If you have spent 3 years in HCL Tech I am afraid it will be very difficult to switch to any other company as you may get sucked in that type of culture.
