worst reward cycle (hike % and increment will get immediately only at first year work anniversary, second increment will be after completing 3 years that to for your 2nd year completion).

1. No salary hikes from past 2 years 2. Client is everything. They will agree to the client for all the reasons, which is ok and normal to some extent. But it may get tiresome sometimes
