-Messing up your pay check - $0.10 raises -No opportunity for growth -Low pay jobs contracted to other companies - Person hired after you will get paid more than you -If you work weekends and Christmas or New Year’s falls on a weekend get ready to work without holiday pay -After a couple of years expected the HCL third party project to end because of terrible contracts
