Pros

If your face fits along with your cost to HCL you can make a career working there

Cons

You have to spend a great deal of time watching your back as there are always people lining up to undermine you irrespective of how senior you are. Policies and processes internally are some of the worst I have experienced. You have too chase every cent when it comes to bonus.

I started working with HCL Technolgies in Dec.2014. And i have learned a lot . It's a very good platform to work upon.

Cons

I could not find any cons in HCL . But some things trouble us like we need to raise remedy or SSD for each and every single problem
