Global company with clients in every industry and geography. Opportunity is everywhere. Great company to start a career with, you will learn a lot.

Cons

Business culture is very hectic and ad-hoc. This company does not do a good job of grooming leaders, but if you can fend for yourself, you can certainly rise.

If you have good network in HCL and at the same time performing well, you are a star and can work on any engagement, demand work and it will be taken care of
