HCl has brand value. If you will get good Project matching your profile then you can survive

After working with HCl Technologies for about 8 years. I am jobless now from more than 3 months as I got frustrated with senior management and HR. so finally I had no option except to resign. Can higher management of HCl look into it and provide justice to me.
