Pros

Growth opportunities, can move into other technologies, exposure to customer handling and lot of exposure with senior management.

Cons

Poor management, compensation & benefits is very poor, no work life balance, no professionalism and respect for personal time (no value for leaves & other emergencies), performance bonus parameter is bad, policies are not at all employee friendly, HR function is a formality, not recommended to stay with this organization for long
