Pros

Remote work and equal opportunities for everyone.

Cons

Overall, the company is good, but there are many issues with management and the way decisions are made. Too often, the people making those decisions seem disconnected from the people doing the work. Over the last few years, I worked very hard to keep clients satisfied. I made myself available almost 24/7 to ensure their needs were met and that everyone was happy. The last few months, however, have been a nightmare. If I simply had someone willing to listen and understand the challenges I was facing, it could have made a significant difference not only for me, but for the team as well. Unfortunately, there are many people in the company who lack the necessary skills or commitment, yet that seems to be accepted. Meanwhile, those who consistently give 100% are rarely given the opportunity to have an open conversation about their concerns. As long as you bring revenue to the company, everything seems fine. No one asks how you're doing, how you're feeling, whether everything is okay, or if there's anything they can do to support you. When you give your best every day and are still treated as if you're disposable, it's a sign that something is wrong with the company's culture. I'm not writing this review simply to complain. I'm writing it in the hope that someone perhaps you, the person reading this will understand my experience. In my opinion, this can be a good company to join, but don't expect people to genuinely care about you or respond promptly when you need support. Like many large corporations, too many people in management seem focused on protecting their own position rather than supporting the people around them.

Pros

It was nice working with a few of my colleagues.

Cons

Indian culture was difficult to navigate internally. Lots of misogynistic opinions towards female employees. There is also harassment. The bulk of the technical resources lack the high level skill set that is required by clients. They have TOO MANY Freshers. It is the throw it a the wall and see what sticks approach

Pros

Good Medical Policy Comprehensive health coverage that supports employees and their families. Work-from-Home Flexibility Allows better work-life balance and reduces commute stress. Global Exposure Opportunity to work with international teams and diverse projects. Stable Environment Large organization with structured processes and benefits.

Cons

I wanted to share some candid feedback regarding team dynamics. Recently, I’ve observed that certain leadership approaches may unintentionally be affecting team motivation and technical focus. When energy is spent on non-technical aspects rather than collaboration and problem-solving, it can lead to reduced productivity and morale. My intention in raising this is to ensure we create an environment where technical contributions are valued and team members feel empowered. I believe reinforcing clarity, trust, and constructive engagement will help us maintain high energy and deliver better outcomes. Please let me know if we can discuss this further or explore ways to improve alignment. I’m happy to contribute ideas to make this a positive change.
