Pros
I learned how to handle customers and gained a lot of knowledge about working in an enterprise environment. The experience was valuable, especially since I was new to the industry. It also helped me educate myself in various technologies.
Cons
This is the worst management I have ever encountered. The HR team is acting completely incompetent, as if they are brain-dead. The management doesn’t hire enough employees to handle the project workload, which overwhelms the existing staff with excessive work. There is no work-life balance, contrary to what HCL promotes. It’s all just empty promises and lies. Policies keep changing constantly, and the agreement states that we must accept the policies in place at any given time. There are no promotions for employees with 1-2 years of solid experience. Compensation is extremely low and barely increases, even after receiving a promotion.
