- Its a pretty stable organization. If you are doing reasonably good, you need not worry about job security. - Standard employee benefits are given, leaves, PF, gratuity, term insurance, medical insurance etc. Compliance on the above things are 100%.

Cons

- Company has varied culture, some groups give enough flexibility to employees some not at all. - People managers are generally dumb and mean ( as one would expect in a services company) - Hike is very low - 3-4% in India, which not even beats the inflation, so you are devaluing yourself year on year. - Company is generally cutting corners to save cost here and there, sometimes it looks pretty cheap.
