Pros
1) Good working environment 2) Policies are well transparent. But need important changes in those policies.
Cons
Below following points are well experienced by me since I had joined this company. 1) No salary for hard working employees (I had worked 9 times for more than 19 Hrs+. But no salary hike) 2) No Comp-off for shift extents. 3) No Indian Holidays (Like:- Hole, Diwali, Republic Day, Independence Day many more.) 4) No exposure to an employee by managers. (8 appreciations mails from clients. But no recognition by the management) 5) No proper grading method for hard working employee at the time of appraisal (For all those points mentioned here) 6) No Training Information by the managers. 7) Documentation prepared for an process. But similarly no recognition in team as well. 8) Management Hierarchy must be maintain. (Designation respect must be maintain)
