      Pros

      If you need immigration papers. They will make your life miserable, won't make it easy and will underpay you but that is sometimes better than going back home where conditions are much worst. They abuse that fact unfortunately. The HR is very helpful and will reply to your concerns in details. The benefits are ok, healthcare coverage is decent but you have to pay alot out of pocket.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything. From bad processes to ridiculous amounts of spam emails. Bad management, zero guidance, underpaying their employees, promoting the individuals doing the talking rather than those doing the work. Very dysfunctional and extremely frustrating to deal with them.

      Balance between work and life.

      Cons

      This company don’t have structure and laid off all team with no notice and any separation money. HR never reply. We worked with no management few months. No appreciation letters ,no salary adding.
