Company should work on their management rather then telling other employees to ask for work from management. Very toxic work environment - they treat employees like students and do not maintain work culture at all They don’t have any work and they tell employees to ask for work everyday as employees hired hcl not hcl hired them Some people directly came on work permit to canada and they don’t know the canadian work culture and trying to force their environment which makes the office worst. Absolutely no job security they can fire any one anytime They don’t pay enough and they have absolutely zero facilities not even the monitors in the office and they want everyone to come to office everyday 8 hours. They don’t give work for a long time and then they will scold everyone for not working

They will lie and keep you in the dark for as long as you allow. No respect for employees. No access to HR. Managers are all in India.
