Pros

Company is good only if you are a fresher only also if you have just graduated then it is fine. In terms of job security it is good. Infrastructure is good.

Cons

For lucknow location they provide less salary I would say very low salary package. Politics and boot polish is all works here. Promotion for girls is impossible. Cafeteria food is too bad. HR do not know anything about policies. Infact, it is impossible to reach to HR.
