Pros

Environment is good, office is good, people are supportive, canteen is also okay. They offer good certification & courses on their website.

Cons

Very Poor on incentive, increment, appraisal that may differ from project to project. There used to be a Catalyst party, that also also they have ended due to cost cutting.on the long as per my experience, if you are getting appraisal then it's good. But if you are not then don't switch because they have bad habit of saying we will take care in the next appraisal which never comes. And last the HR and God dam the HR partner they are of no use they don't even reply to the emails & teams message. And their appraisal cycle is always delayed and no one questions that.
