Pros
They have health care centre in their big campuses. The brand is big. And, there are lot of employees.
Cons
The salary scale is low, and hike rate is miniscule. Consistent and heavy demotivation from Company, HR and Management. HR treats employees like thrash. Employees must go to office that they allocate and you will get to know on time of onboarding. During interview, managers would say like you could work from home or go to near by office etc. Once you fall for it and joins here, they will ask you to relocate to where they say. Leave structure is wired, they give 15 days annually. No PL, no sick leave, no casual leaves. Seperation process is the best part. As per policy the salary of the month on which you put down paper will be on hold and released with FnF and then notice period starts. While normal organisations do that for last month. This puts employees at a difficult situation. Some ex-employees also said that their 1st and last months salary was released with FnF.
